Adv. Dr. Sureshchandra R. Bhosale

Dr. Sureshchandra R. Bhosale has spent a career at the intersection of the Bar, the academy and the institutions of the profession. He has served as Chairman of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and as Dean of the Faculty of Law, Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly the University of Pune), where he was instrumental in strengthening legal education and in mentoring successive generations of lawyers.

His work over several decades has been associated with policy development, legal education and the advancement of institutional standards. As an advocate, he is known for the depth of his legal analysis, the steadiness of his counsel and a settled commitment to the administration of justice; as a scholar, for a body of writing on trust law that continues to be relied upon by lawyers, trustees and administrators alike.

Adv. Dr. Chinmay S. Bhosale

Dr. Chinmay S. Bhosale practises in corporate criminal law, economic offences, commercial disputes and constitutional litigation. A Gold Medallist in Law who holds a doctorate in the discipline, he has completed executive studies in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution at Harvard Law School, and has acted in commercial and criminal matters involving complex investigations, regulatory enforcement, financial crime and corporate disputes.

His practice joins courtroom advocacy to strategic advisory work for corporations, financial institutions, promoters, entrepreneurs and emerging technology companies. Beyond litigation, he works at the meeting point of law, technology and public policy, and is the co-founder of NYAI, a legal technology company building AI-assisted legal and compliance infrastructure. At SRB JURIS he leads the firm’s strategic growth and its technology programme, carrying forward the standards of ethics, scholarship and client-centred advocacy established by Dr. Sureshchandra R. Bhosale.
